She was predeceased by: her parents, E. M. "Jake" Jacobsen and Lillie Jacobsen (Strohbehn); her husband Loyd Adkinson; and her siblings, Betty Stuhr and Don Jacobsen.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Benner (Don) of Central City, NE and Lee Adkinson (Dawn) of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Tyson, Haley and Paige; her sister Joann Hauptmann (LaVerne) of Neleigh, NE; and her friend Doris Benner of Central City, NE.. She is also survived by three step grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one step great-grandchild.
