She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Timmerman and Myrtle Timmerman (Doney); her husbands, Leslie Brokaw and Loyal Ruhl, Jr.; her children, Karen and Randy; her children-in-law, Roger and Claudia; and her sisters, Pearl, Ruby, Lelah and Grace.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Dettman, Larry Brokaw, Cindy Hines and Terry Brokaw; her stepchildren, Chuck Ruhl, Diane Duncan, Kim Riemers and Lori Jensen; her sister-in-law Bonnie Smaha; and her son-in-law Darrell. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren.
