Carolyn Louise Beck Obituary
The memory of Carolyn Louise Beck of Central City, Nebraska, who passed away on March 23, 2025 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Wolzen and Glenva Wolzen (Martin); her husband Dean A. Beck; her stepfather Ralph Hinkle; her great grandchild Celena Jones; her brothers, Jerry, Neil, Dick and Dennis Wolzen; and her sister-in-law Dr. Kris Wolzen.
She is survived by: her children, Karen (Randy Syas) of Omaha, Deb (Willard Pedersen) of St. Paul, Jim (Angie Beck) of Alliance, Susan Beck (Rick Hieb) of Central City, Lori (Dan Graves) of Omaha, Craig Beck (Deb Gentry) of St. Paul, MN and Kurt (Elizabeth Beck) of Omaha; her siblings, Joyce Beck of Rapid City, SD and Kent Wolzen of Papillion; her sisters-in-law, Kathy Wolzen of Wells, NV and Nancy Wolzen of Beatrice; and also, Doug and Julie Swanson of St. Paul. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christ Lutheran Church (1022 Elm St, St Paul, NE 68873). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation, the American Cancer Society or to Christ Lutheran Church.
