She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cowan and Nelle Cowan (Cushman); her siblings, Peggy Reed (Neil), Bonnie Johnson (Marvin) and Bill Cowan; and her son-in-law Galen Ellingson.
She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Sheets; her children, Clay Sheets (Barbara) of Blair, Elder Sheets (Judy) of Stromsburg, Peggy Ellingson of Kearney, Jonica Wampler (Ken) of Palmer and Jo Weiss of Kearney; her grandchildren, Carrie Sheets, Heather Lambert (Ryan), Jamie Rapp (Rachel), Elizabeth Sheets, Chuck Sheets, Mark Sheets (Sherri Lilientahl), Clint Ellingson (Melissa), Brett Ellingson, Jeremiah Ellingson (Brittany), Eve Essary (Jeremy), Jon Wampler (Macy), Brad Weiss, Cassi Weiss, Lacy Tocong (Andelson) and Anna Tillman (Tanner); and her sister-in-law Leota Cowan of Blair. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
