He is survived by: his children, Joe Smith of Cedar Rapids, NE, Jamie Smith (Tina) of Cedar Rapids, NE, Doug Smith of Cedar Rapids, NE and Julie LaBreche (Scott) of Grand Island, NE; his grandson Eric Smith (Whitney); and his children, Ava, Riptyn of St. Edward, NE, Danielle Nelson (Phil), Aryana, Paislee, Octavia of Cedar Bluffs, NE, Michael Smith of Cedar Rapids, NE, Tyler Smith of Cedar Rapids, NE, Sarah Kruse (Kody) and Keira of Holdrege, NE. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
