He is survived by: his former wife Trudy Williams; his stepdaughter Melissa Jo; his former wife Kathleen Powers; his son Jade Steven (Jess) of Grand Island, NE; his stepson Anthony Carl; his wife Katie of Cedar Rapids, NE; his children, Tony Wichman (Jen) of Grand Island, NE and Melissa Ureste (Israel) of Grand Island, NE; his grandchildren, Jade Jr. Howard, Desree, Jocelynn, Hailey, Donavan Ureste, Gabe and Alyssa Westin; and his siblings, Rex Howard, Ray Howard (Annette), Lorraine McCathy (Jimmy Joe) and Frieda Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
