She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Eugene, Louise Warren and Doyle McConnell; her father-in-law Robert Leach; and her grandparents-in-law, Glenn, Louise Leach, Harold and Velma Cox.

She is survived by: her parents, Stephen G. Warren and Sheila M. Warren (McConnell) of Cedar Creek; her husband Jeffrey Leach; her children, Gwyer Robert, Sagan Doyle and Tennyson Jeffrey Leach; her sister Shawna Wells (Jay); her nieces and nephews, Sidney of Cedar Creek and Garrett Wells of Cedar Creek; her grandmother Maxine McConnell of Murray, IA; her mother-in-law Cherie Leach; and her siblings-in-law, Jackie Bornemeier (Doug) of Beatrice, Traci Baehr (Michael) of Beatrice and Susie Bragg of Beatrice. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials are suggested to the Nebraska Wildlife Rescue and Willow Valley Farms of Gretna.
