She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Smith and Gloria Smith (Robart). She is survived by: her husband Steven Baltz of Cedar Bluffs; her children, Michael Baltz of Iroquois, SD and Nicole Bullock (William) of Excelsior Springs, MO; and her brother Randy Smith of Omaha.
