He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hajek and Augusta Hajek (Vech); his wife Ileen M. Sukstorf; and his son-in-law Rick Juilfs. He is survived by: his children, Russell Hajek (Kathy) of Cedar Bluffs, Rick Hajek (Alesia) of Cedar Bluffs, Kathy Kubert (Bob Smith) of Lincoln, NE, Cindy Juilfs of Lincoln, NE, Linda Hajek of Fremont and Jeanine Primm (Jim) of Fremont; and his cousin Marvin Vech (Sandy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
