It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Mahrt of Cedar Bluffs, Nebraska, born in Wahoo, Nebraska, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mahrt and Pearl Mahrt (Knutzen); and his brothers, Ralph and Steven Mahrt. He is survived by: his sons, Jared Mahrt (Nita) of Cedar Bluffs, Jeffery Mahrt of Cedar Bluffs and Joel Mahrt of Greenville; his brothers, Gary Mahrt (Dianne) of Yutan, NE, Don Mahrt (Connie) of Woodcliff, NE and Dean Mahrt (Sharon) of Woodcliff, NE; and his grandchildren, Jonnie and Jennifer.
