He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sackett and Evelyn Sackett (Jahnke). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Buchanan; his daughters, Michelle Eby (Dan) of Lexington, NE, Suzanne Westerfield (Jim) of Racine, WI and Stephanie Winn (Trent) of Fremont, NE; his siblings, Greg Sackett (Cindy) of Corning, IA and Elaine Lyman (Gerald) of Creston, IA; and his grandchildren, Haley Johnston (David), Ashlyn Westerfield, Peyton Eby, Landon, Ryder and Saylor Winn.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for further designation.
