She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Rakes and Margaret Agnes Coleman; her husband Wayne Schollmeyer; her daughter Alisa; her sisters, Margaret and Danita Sue; and her grandson Charles Wayne.
She is survived by: her children, Hank Schollmeyer (Amy), Dr. Charles Schollmeyer (LuAnn), Kathy Schollmeyer and Christine Hollander (Chris); and her brother-in-law Darrel Schollmeyer. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established in Helen's name.
