Aliahna Patyk Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2020, at the age of 15, Aliahna Patyk of Cedar Bluffs, Nebraska passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Aliahna Patyk to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Darlene Hammond; her great-aunt Anna Hammond; and her cousin Leland Lockwood. She is survived by: her parents, Michal Patyk and Jami Patyk (Hammond); her siblings, Camden, Nevaeh of Cedar Bluffs, Madison of Cedar Bluffs and Isabella of Cedar Bluffs; her grandparents, Gregory Patyk (Bozena) of Fremont and Jimmie Hammond of Fremont; and her great-grandparents, Betty Cerney of Fremont, Jim Hammond of Fremont and Albert Cerny of Valley. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be directed to the family for a charity yet to be determined.
