We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Phyllis V. Frahm of Carroll, Nebraska, born in Wisner, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wegner and Hattie Wegner (Luedeke); her husband Allen Frahm; and her brother Elmer Wegner (Delores). She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Hansen of Norfolk, Roger Frahm (Pat) of North Loup and Mark Frahm (Dani) of Yankton, SD. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
