She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Junck and Regina Junck (Dorman); her husband Dale R. Claussen; her son Kenneth; and her siblings, Ernest Junck (Viola), Arnold Junck (Ivy) and Mildred Sundahl (Gilbert).
She is survived by: her children, Delbert Claussen (Mary) of Carroll, Peggy Prather (Mike) of Madison and Keith Claussen (Cindy) of Carroll; her daughter-in-law Sandy Claussen of Norfolk; and her siblings, Janice Brader (Paul) of Norfolk and Charlie Junck (Lila) of Randolph. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
