Phillips and Margaret Phillips (Ottens); his wife Janet Friedrichsen; his children, Mark, Paige (Jeff Campbell) and Michelle Costello (Tom); his grandchildren, Kaylyn (Zach Kelley) and Karley (Craig Summitt); and his great grandchild Cash Kelley.
