He was predeceased by: his parents, George James and Dorothy Florence McCarville (Funk); his wife Helen McCarville; and his siblings, Rita, Catherine Brock, Veronica Tramell, Hugh, Larry, Gene, Leo, Dennis and Harold McCarville.
He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Wendseck; his son Don McCarville (Tami) of Alliance, NE; his stepchildren, Marc Currie (Bambe) of Kearney, NE, Lea Ann Doak (Elza) of McCook and Lana Richter (Randy) of Hayes Center, NE; his siblings, Howard McCarville of Harrison, AR and Margaret McCarville of Canton, OH; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie McCarville, Phyllis McCarville, Elvea McCarville and Lori McCarville; and his grandchildren, Summer Gonzalez, Amelia Propp (Benny), Marcie Daok, Sara Richards, Evan Richter, Blaine Richter, Tyler Currie (Moriah), Lerrin Rowe (Noah) and Cameron Currie.
