She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Isabelle Silsby; her children, Anita Gaul and Gale; her siblings, Newell, Merlin Alexander and Vera Dempsey; and her brother-in-law Forrest Dempsey.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer LeRoy Lewis of Callaway; her children, Ronnie Lewis (Jeanine) of Greeley, Connie Rigler (Ken) of Callaway and Dale Lewis (Angie) of Crystal Lakes, Missouri; her son-in-law Jon Gaul of Webster City, Iowa; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Alexander of Mankato and Virginia Alexander of Esbon, Kansas.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
