He is survived by: his mother Olinka Payton of Callaway; his daughter Victoria McCarter of Overton; his siblings, Evan Phillips of Anchorage, Ala, Sam Payton of Callaway and Olga Borowski (Ben) of Anchorage, Ala; his stepsiblings, Mike Payton (Teri) of Laramie and Cathy Kleewin (Jason) of Pueblo, Colorado; and his niece Rheya Payton of Callaway. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
