He is survived by: his parents, George Allen and Joan Allen (Bauer) of Lexington; his wife Angela Spencer of Callaway; his stepchildren, Jeremiah Cranwell of Callaway and Rheanne Cranwell of Callaway; his parents-in-law, Harry and Connie Spencer of Julesberg; and his siblings, Mark (Michelle) of Lexington, Jodie (Scott Hultquist) of Silverdale and Patti (Mike Maguire) of Lexington.
