She was predeceased by: her husband Lagene; her son Neil; and her siblings, Eldon and Vaunda Heckman. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Musfeldt (Greg) of Keller and Julie Freburg (Mark) of Holdrege; her grandchildren, Amy Gabaldon (Marco) of Keller, Andrew Musfeldt (Deanna) of Olympia, Heather Dunning (Jay) of Carrollton, Timothy Freburg (Mishayla) of Gothenburg and Alex Freburg (Rika Jackson) of Holdrege; and her sister-in-law Rose Hirsch of Broken Bow.
