He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Osburn and Lillian Osburn; his wife Louise Newland; his siblings, Robert, Russell, Bernice, Helen and Hazel; and his daughter Nancy Lou Hardenberger.
He is survived by: his sons, Wade Osburn (Amy), Randy Osburn, Chad Osburn (Jodi) and Bret Osburn (Christy); his son-in-law Dave Hardenberger; and his siblings, Betty Copeland, Bonny Copeland and Ray Osburn. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren.
