She was predeceased by: her parents, Colon Puckett and Treva Puckett (Ford); and her siblings, Curtis Mitts, Ricky Mitts and Treva LaVonne.
She is survived by: her daughter Tiffany Stevenson (Jamie) of Cairo; her grandchildren, Tatum and Julian Stevenson; and her siblings, Jerry Puckett (Sherri) of Cairo and Martha Gordon of Yuma, AZ. She is also survived by numerous friends, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
