We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2020, at the age of 83, Charles E Kemptar of Cairo, Nebraska, born in Grand Island, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bud" and Alice Kemptar (Feldmayer); and his daughter Elizabeth Sattler. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kemptar of Cairo; his children, William Kemptar (Kimberly) of Ravenna, Carla Blake (John Stokes) of Cairo and Kristin Schultz (Rob) of Cairo; his grandchildren, Brandon Blake, Tiffany Jacobsen (Jarrod), Taylor Schultz, Paige Blake, Megan Kemptar and Trey Schultz; and his great grandchild Greysen Blake.

Masks and social distancing will be required.

Charlie was a member of the Air Guard, Cairo Methodist Church, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Izaak Walton League, and the Masonic Lodge.
