He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Barnes; his wife Cheryl Miller; his son Rodney Glinsmann (Kelly Ahrens) of Waco, NE; his stepchildren, Sandra Spotanski of Grand Island and Larry Holmes of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jayden, Jordyn, Braden, Trevis, Macy and Maulee; his great grandchildren, Brinley, Braxton, Joelene and Malcolm; his siblings, Darwin Glinsmann of Kearney, Glen Glinsmann (Kathy) of Texas, Leroy Glinsmann of St. Paul, Lois Hackbart of Florida and Diane Hoegren (Ed) of Grand Island; and his sister-in-law Esther Glinsmann. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
