She was predeceased by: her mother Dawn Packer. She is survived by: her father William E. Packer of Harvard, NE; her brother William R. of Cairo; her stepsisters, Erica Blankenbaker and Katie Fitzgerald; her grandparents, William G., Rogene Packer of Cairo and Robin Fitzgerald of Grand Island; her great-grandparents, William M., Jean Packer of Wood River and Aunt; her uncles, Tara Schenk, Matt Schenk of Cairo, Sam Fitzgerald of Hastings and Allie Fitzgerald of Grand Island; and also Willy of Cairo. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Centura Band Program or to a fund to help offset medical costs for Navi Nielsen.
