She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Zapke and Bertha Zapke; her husbands, Gerhard Opbroek and Frank Liewer; and her sisters, Marion Heppner, Virginia Stanley and Loretta McCord.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Opbroek (Sharyn) of Dallas, TX, Ron Opbroek (Nadine) of Sanford, MI and Patricia Thiry (John) of Butte, NE; and her grandchildren, David Wilson, Missy Barrington, Aaron Opbroek, Amanda Mishler, Jenna Witt, Sara Kaltenbach, Bryan Thiry and Lisa Werning.
