He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith K. Blauvelt and Barbara Blauvelt (Drake); his sister-in-law Maxyne Blauvelt; and his nephews, Randy Dean Blauvelt, Steven Petersen and Nick Petersen.
He is survived by: his siblings, LaDean McGonigle (Dale) of Milford, NE and Marvin Blauvelt of Thedford, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family, Bethel Assembly of God or Hillcrest Cemetery in Thedford.
