He was predeceased by: his parents, William David and Edna David (Urwin); his wife Darlene David; and his daughter-in-law Jayne David. He is survived by: his sons, Billy David of Bassett, Tim David (Mary) of Norfolk and Terry David of Ainsworth; his granddaughters, April Burkholder (Russ) of North Carolina and Brook Wilderson (Charles) of Indiana; his stepgrandsons, Larry and Jason Boursquin of Atkinson; and his sister-in-law Doris David of Ord. He is also survived by brother-in-law in his wife's side, Mike (Mary) Vollbrecht of Arizona; many nieces and nephews.
