John J. Meuret Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John J. Meuret of Brunswick, Nebraska, who passed away on December 11, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward and Katherine Meuret (Boyle); his wife Rosella Allar; his siblings, Robert Meuret (Lee) and Margaret Philip; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Meuret.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Fusselman (Doug), Patrick Meuret (Holly), Michael Meuret (Mary), Michelle McCrady (Kim), Jacque Haupt (Joe), Jeff Meuret (Linda), Jim Meuret (Laurie), Julie Maloley (Skip), Kathy Bessmer (Joel) and Kevin Meuret (Meghan); and his siblings, Catherine Straka (Don), Joe Meuret (Virginia) and Dick Meuret (Louise). He is also survived by 66 grandchildren; 97 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Ignatius Catholic Church (407 Franklin St, Brunswick, NE 68720). A wake was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Ludger Catholic Church (410 Bryant Ave, Creighton, NE 68729).
