He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Kilpatrick; his sons, Jim Kilpatrick of Brunswick, NE and Steve Kilpatrick of Jackson, WY; his sister Elaine Olmsted (Wayne) of Valentine; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Scribner (Nick) of Lander, Stephanie Oland (Brian) and Josh Kilpatrick (Kelli) of Etna, WY. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
