He is survived by: his mother Leona Sell (Gillespie) of Chester, Nebraska; his wife Charlotte Gerdes; his children, Anna, Jerrod and Conrad; his grandchildren, Rexton, Raylan and Rory Elting; his siblings, Beckie Thomas of Hebron, Nebraska, Susan Elting (Scott) of Hebron, David Sell (Sue) of Humphrey, Nebraska and Wendy Wesnofske (Michael) of Bridgehampton; and his uncle Terry Powell (Pat) of Griffin, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
