He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Millikin and Jarvis Millikin; and his parents-in-law, Marvin House and Jeaneen House (Hinton). He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Angie and Michelle; his brother-in-law Jerry House of North Platte; and his grandson Matthew Goodgame of Arizona. He is also survived by his family, his friends.
