He was predeceased by: his parents, Avalo Baillie and Imogene Baillie (Prescott); and his son Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Brakeman; his son Tim (Angie); his grandchildren, Tyler and Amanda Fitzgerald (Dakota); his great grandchild Sutton; and his siblings, Lowell Baillie (Lana) and Jo Woodward (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials are suggested to the Family to present as a donation to the American Cancer Society.
