Sheila Ottun Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ummel and Sylvia Ummel (Cherry); and her husband Darrel. She is survived by: her brother Dennis Ummel (Sharon); her sisters-in-law, Donna Jacobsen and Anita Ottun; her son David Ottun (Cindy); her grandchildren, Tavis Ottun and Tessa Sitts (McKee); her great grandchildren, Jordan and Josie; her daughter Caroline Folkers (Larry); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Bentley (Aidan), Daniel, Kathryn and Justin; her daughter Rebecca Stimpert (Trent); her grandchildren, Abby and Hannah; her daughter Mary Simpson (Jonathan); her granddaughter Jessica Heck (Jake); her great grandchildren, Jethro and Jude; her grandson Aaron (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Shiloh and Ivy; her grandchild Andrianna Mize (Jamie); her son Paul Ottun (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Hope, Elsie and Grant. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Govier Brothers Mortuary & Cremation (542 S 9th Ave, Broken Bow, NE 68822). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evangelical Free Church (106 W Main St, Sargent, NE 68874).
Memorials may be given to Homeward Trail Bible Camp of Mason City, NE or Valley County Hospice.
