She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ballard and Irene Ballard (Stewart); her brother Bruce Ballard; and her granddaughter Josey Shirley. She is survived by: her husband Carl of Broken Bow, NE; her children, Joslyn "Joey" Anderson of Killeen, Dena Shirley of Austin and Rob Shirley (Christen) of Berwyn; and her stepchildren, Taunya Henkel (Alex) of Nampa and Michael Meissner (Lindsey) of LaSalle, CO. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
