We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2021, at the age of 66, Jerry Spanel of Broken Bow, Nebraska, born in Sargent, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Spanel and Agnes Spanel (Cerny); his parents-in-law, Buzz and Betty Hoobler; and his brothers-in-law, Ivan Coleman and Dick Graybeal.
He is survived by: his wife Ginger Hoobler; his daughters, Tammi Spanel Campbell (Matt Gruszczynski) of Broken Bow, Brandi Oeltjen (Jeff) of Broken Bow and Annie Ridder (Brian) of Broken Bow; his grandchildren, Hunter (Brittany), Traiven, Graycee, Skeeter, Brody, Bailey, Brock, Bowen, Braxton and Paislee; his great grandchildren, Kael and Cole; and his siblings, Hubert Spanel of Broken Bow, Leona Graybeal of West Point, Mary Ann Coleman of Broken Bow and Ruth Myers (Darrell) of Broken Bow. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
