He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Longfellow and Deloris Longfellow (Burns); his parents-in-law, Dr. Theophil and Gertrude Brune; his brother Dr. Ken Longfellow; and his brothers-in-law, David Howes and Larry Simms.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Brune; his son Chad (Sandi); his grandchildren, Ashton, Maisy and Madison Longfellow; his son Dr. Todd (Maureen); his grandchildren, Zach, Alex and Kate Longfellow; his son Dr. Dan (Kristin); his grandsons, Drew and Beau Longfellow; his daughter Robyn (Eric); and his grandchildren, Skylar, Annalee, Merea, Zane and Barrett Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Broken Bow Ambulance (EMTS), the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Custer County Foundation Scholarship fund.
