She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Olson and Mary Olson (Whipple); her husbands, Leo Zikmund, Floyd White and Bud Ohmberger; her grandson Arin; her great grandchild Richard Arin Duryea; her siblings, Olen, Norma, Florence, Luella and Alma; and her daughter-in-law Phyllis Duryea.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Duryea, Eddie Duryea (Patty) and Tammy Kleeb (Ernie); her siblings, Wayne Olson, Rosie Greer, Carol Myers (Perry) and Dee Cunningham (Dan); her grandchildren, Dagin Duryea, Greg Duryea, Christy Knoop (Keith), Tanya Slagle (John), Frankie Kleeb (Faith), Wade Kleeb (Jennifer) and Natalie Kleeb (George Mills); and her great grandchildren, Dava Duryea, Bodie Duryea, Sebastian Younes, Alex Younes, Nicolas Duryea, Kya Slagle, Paden Slagle, Emmett Kleeb, Della Kleeb, Anna Kleeb, Vivian Kleeb and Mills.
