He was predeceased by: his mother Michelle; and his sister Michelle Farmer. He is survived by: his son Rayden (Sherri Saighman) of Broken Bow; his father John Koinzan of Merna; his siblings, John J. Koinzan of Merna, Adam Koinzan of Merna, Teresa Halley of Valentine and Shari Sandoz of Valentine; his birth mother Heather Farmer of Tryon; and his nieces and nephews, Kaycee, Tristen, Tyler, DeVaney Jo, Traceten, Payton, Lauren and Jade.
