He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Barrow and Martha Barrow (Brownell); and his sister Dorothy Benjamin. He is survived by: his wife Karen Miller (Loper) of Burwell; his children, Paula Hakes (James) of Shippensburg, PA, Tim Barrow (Andrea) of Broken Bow, Steve Miller (Lynn) of Texas, Keith Miller (Janelle) of Stevensville, TX, Marty Miller (Carrie) of Ord and Will Miller (Jamie) of Springview; and his siblings, George Barrow, Mary Roach and Ted Barrow. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
