She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorna Hering (Yeadon) and Albert Hering; her husband Gerald Stauffer; and her brother Ronald Hering. She is survived by: her niece Lori Stauffer of Broken Bow; and her cousins, Cathron Cole O'Connor of Lincoln, NE and Carla Cole of Lincoln. She is also survived by her children, and grandchildren.
