The passing of Donald Covalt of Broadwater, Nebraska, born in Bridgeport, Nebraska leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on August 31, 2024 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Covalt, Jr. and Lillian B. Covalt (Jessup); his in-laws, William Ozenberger and Ann Ozenberger; and his brother-in-law James Ozenberger.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ozenberger; his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law Bryan Hauger of Cheyenne; his daughter Julie; his son-in-law Rusty Tyler of Cheyenne; his son Eric Covalt; and his daughter-in-law Jenna Savage of Firestone, Colorado.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Church of Christ (609 A Ave, Minatare, NE 69356).
