He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Betancud and Dominga Betancud (Ochoa); his daughter Maria Betancud Carbajal (Minga); and his sister Maria Betancud (Janie). He is survived by: his wife Sherry; and his children, Jessie, Samuel, Scotty, Shawn and Samantha (Michael Weintz). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
