With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Henry Bentley (Bridgeport, Nebraska), who passed away on November 5, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bentley and Gladys Bentley (Jackson); his wife Leona; and his brothers, Junior, Myrl, Ned, Darrell, Ronald and Marvin.
He is survived by: his friend John H. Bentley; his sons, Dick Bentley (Nancy) and Rick Bentley; his grandchildren, Nichole Schnieder (Brett), Jon Bentley (Teresa), Robert Bentley (Mandie), Mitchell, Cara Breazeale (Eric) and Becky Adams (Abe); his great grandchildren, Trenton, Tandon, Ashley (Brett), Jaylan, Liam, Cooper, Cash, Cody, Trinity, Mitchell (Alma), Zac, Brayden, Jackson, Kaylee, Natalee and Emilee; his great great grandchild Ella Grace; his sisters-in-law, Elva Wylie and Reatha Bentley; and his sisters, Wilma Waggerby, Ruby Watson, Dorothy Watson, Hilda Widener and Addie Berry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
