He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Myers and Rosa Myers (Schrenk); his parents-in-law, Lowell and Lola Ruegsegger; and his grandson Kaleb Joseph Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Marcy A. Ruegsegger; his children, Kristy Gartner (Dan) of Dalton, NE and Kory Myers (Bryanne) of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, James Hogsett (Maria) of Bridgeport, Justin Hogsett of Alliance, Amber Hogsett (TJ Christensen) of Bridgeport, Tiffany Hogsett of Alliance and Aryanna Myers of Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Christopher Hogsett, Billy Dobler, McKenzie Hogsett, Jaycen Hogsett, Henry Dobler and Sayler Hogsett; his close friends, Ike, Stacy Mau of Bayard, Kandi and Peanut; and also, Ike and Rosa. He is also survived by cousins, friends, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for a designation at a later time.
