He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Hoxworth and Irene Hoxworth (Hall); his wife Ellen Garrett; his siblings, Lemoyne and Marjorie; and his brother-in-law Clark Sorensen.
He is survived by: his daughter Faith Hoxworth; his brother Richard Hoxworth (Judy); his sister-in-law Barb Hoxworth; and his pet Izzy. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, great-great-nephews, and great-great-nieces.
