He was predeceased by: his parents, Doane Foster and Lavina Foster (Nelsen); his sister Dorothy Gordon; his parents-in-law, Claude and Ada Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Zabel, Gailord Bellamy, Robert Miller, Carl Johnson, Robert Smith, Donna Miller and Jackie Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sondra V. Johnson; his children, Kirk Foster (Denise) of Berwyn, NE and Kristi Schleif (Tom) of Osceola, NE; his grandchildren, Jamelyn, Kelsey McCullough (Justin), Audrey, Lexie Foster, Kaitlyn Buss (Evan), Laurin and Christian Schleif; his great grandchildren, Ellianna Buss and Erin McCullough; and his parents-in-law, Norma Smith, Paul Johnson, Patty Johnson, Sharon Bellamy, Judy Zabel, Phillip Johnson (Barb) and Bruce Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Memorials may be given to the United Methodist Church at 1000 South 3rd Ave Broken Bow.
