He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford and Gerry; his grandparents, Clyde, Inis Coker, Arthur and Alice Blue; and his nephews, Ethan Blue, Tigg and Aiden Spencer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lynn Hulinsky (Doug), Colleen Blue, Clyde Blue (Joan), Terry Blue and Mike Blue (Jan); and his nieces and nephews, Anthony Sacco (Nicole), Sharon Schluterbusch, Theresa Blue (Pam Kauvar), Andrea DelCoglin (Kevin), Chris Blue (Amy), Andy Blue, Amanda Spencer (Will), Jamey Hunsucker (Amy), Jared Matthew, Tiffany Lee, Richard Blue, Toni Rice (Nate), Terri Stuart (Brandon) and Skylar Blue. He is also survived by 29 great nieces and nephews and one great great nephew.
Memorials may be given to the Nebraska Veterans Cemetery or Prairie Winds Community Center.
