John C. Bruner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John C. Bruner of Brainard, Nebraska, who passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bruner and Marie Bruner (Sabata); his brother Leonard; his parents-in-law, Albin and Agnes Sypal; and his brother-in-law Leonard Stanek.

He is survived by: his pet Murphy; his wife Margaret Bruner of Brainard, NE.; his brothers, James (Sharon) of Brainard, NE and Norman (Denise) of Brainard, NE; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Bruner of Seward, NE., Darlene Stanek of Valparaiso, NE, Dee Jablonski (Joe) of Overland Park, KS, Teresa Eden (Dean) of Milford, NE, Annette Sousek (Ken) of Weston, NE and Bernard Sypal (Rhonda) of Custer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30 a. m.- 10:30 a. m. with a parish rosary at 10:30 a. m. Following the state COVID-19 guidelines we will comply with social distancing seating and limited room capacity at the Funeral Service.
